Whole School Awards

Welcome to the first Stars of Wellington for Summer Term! Here we celebrate the achievements of our students in a range of pursuits and activities outside of School.

We start with Show jumping and Elise in Junior School, who recently competed in the Thailand Championship 2023 #Q2 during the holiday.  Elise did brilliantly, gaining first place in the Pony Category B and also achieving second place in the Nakhon Nayok Jumping Open (70cm). Fantastic news, Elise, well done!

Next, we move on to tennis and Jackfruit in Senior School has been continuing his excellent progress, winning Second Place (Runner-Up Award) in the 61st Thailand Junior Tennis Tournament 2023 on 11 April 2023!  Well done, Jackfruit!

In Figure Skating, congratulations go to Ferrari on winning First Prize at the 2023 Thailand National Figure Skating Championships (Category: Level 1 Girls Free Skating) and also on receiving “The Best Figure Skate Dressing Award” in the same competition on 1 April 2023.

Furthermore, we would like to also congratulate Ferrari on representing Bangkok (District 10) in the figure skating competition (Category: Basic Novice Girls) at the 38th Thailand National Youth Game and winning Fourth Place in the competition.

Well done Ferrari on both competitions!

In Golf, we are delighted to announce that two of our Wellington Golf Scholars have qualified for IMG Junior World Championships in San Diego this Summer! At the TGA event last weekend, Max finished in 1st place in B Boys Division with a total of +5 over 4 days. Nava shot +9 total for 3 days finishing in 2nd place for girls E Class Division. Well done to them both.

Besides representing Thailand at the prestigious IMG Junior World Championships, Nava has also qualified for the FCG Callaway Tournament in the summer – tremendous news, Nava, well done!
