Stars of Wellington - 2 December

Welcome to our first Stars of Wellington update of December. As we enter the last couple of weeks of term, our students have been as busy and determined as ever in challenging themselves in a range of activities outside of School. We start with Mathematics this week and congratulations are in order for Wawa and Vee on their accomplishments in the International Singapore Maths Competition-ISMC 2022. Wawa (Year 6) gained a silver and Vee (Year 8) a bronze medal. Very well done to both of you!

Staying with Mathematics, Allie competed in the Gold Mathematics Elite Competition in Hong Kong where she won gold (Basic Mathematics) and silver (Math Olympiad) medals. A great result Allie, well done!

In golf, Sann is celebrating his success at the recent TKG Tour Golf Tournament where he achieved first prize in his category (Class F, Boy). Congratulations Sann, your hard work is really paying off and Mr Antona is incredibly proud of your achievements!

Also in golf, Music once again did very well in the recent TGA Tournament (Central Region) at Uniland Golf and Country Club, finishing in first place with an even score and a total range of 6,230 yards. Congratulations,  Music!

And in Equestrian, Mia took part in the Princess's Thailand Cup and did really well, finishing 5^th in the Class Jumping Pony Tour 80-90cm.  Well done Mia!
